Hi, I’m Steve Frederick, a Creative Director and Brand Strategist with more than 20 years of experience leading creative teams, shaping brands, and building digital experiences. My work sits at the intersection of creative direction, team leadership, brand strategy, and digital experience, helping organizations turn complex challenges into clear ideas and scalable solutions.

What I enjoy most is building collaborative environments where ideas can be challenged, refined, and elevated. I’m passionate about mentoring designers, fostering open communication, and helping teams do their best work. A big part of my role is also bridging creativity and business, translating design decisions and brand strategy into language that resonates with stakeholders at every level.

My career has taken me from small studios and agencies to global organizations, giving me the opportunity to work across brand, digital products, marketing, video, and emerging technology. That range has taught me to stay curious, adapt quickly, and approach problems from more than one perspective.

Outside of work, I enjoy mentoring designers, exploring emerging technologies, playing guitar, making music, and occasionally convincing myself I’m getting better at golf.
